Terms of Use
Effective October 27, 2026
These are the ground rules for using CoPlanner360, the shared family calendar at coplanner360.com. By creating a calendar or signing in you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy says how we handle your information and is part of these terms.
What CoPlanner360 is
A calendar that two households can share: it shows who has the kids, pulls in school and team schedules, and lets the people you add see and update what is going on. It is a planning tool. It is not legal advice and it does not replace a custody order or any agreement between parents.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to create a calendar. Parents may create sign-ins for their kids and are responsible for them.
- Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
- You are responsible for who you add to your calendar and for what they can see.
Your content
Everything you put on the calendar stays yours. You give us permission to store it, show it to the people you have chosen, and process it as the Privacy Policy describes, so that the service can work. You can export it or ask us to delete it at any time.
Fair use
Do not use CoPlanner360 to harass anyone, to put in someone else's calendar without their permission, to add calendars or pages you are not allowed to access, to break the law, or to try to get into other people's data or the systems behind the site. We may suspend or close a calendar that does.
Calendars from other services
School, team and league feeds, and connected Google or Apple calendars, belong to those services and are subject to their terms. We show what they publish and we cannot promise it is correct, complete or on time. Always check with the organizer for anything that matters.
Ask CoPlanner
Answers from Ask CoPlanner, and events filled in from a shared message or file, are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check them against the calendar before you rely on them.
No guarantees
CoPlanner360 is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we are not liable for a missed practice, a double booking or any other loss that comes from relying on it. Where the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the past twelve months, which today is nothing because the service is free.
Ending things
You can stop using CoPlanner360 at any time and ask us to delete your calendar. We may close calendars that break these terms, or shut the service down, with reasonable notice where we can give it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and meaningful changes are announced by email or inside the app. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
